Best Pizza in Springfield

I'd give 5 stars but the pizza is never done. Just add 10 minutes so I don't have to wait please!

Best Pizza is our favorite 🍕 place. They moved to Pasco Rd. The new place is really nice- lots of parking, beautiful inside w/inside seats or take out or delivery. The food Awesome as always! Try the House Special combination pizza its the BEST!

Their food is THE BEST in Indian Orchard. My family wants to order from them whenever we get Pizza. I usually pick up because its so much quicker. Although, one time I actually chose delivery because I was hosting a large event, the driver was rude and not pleasant. As if my $70 order was a huge inconvience. That is why I only 4 stars instead of 5.

The food is amazing. Litteraly Best pizza and wings but very dissapointed they dont deliver to my house. Litterally 10 minuets away on tje GPS smh 3 stars. Dont feel right giving it 2 or 1stars just on tht reason alone because the food is amazing.

First time we ordered a Party Pizza ...hold the bacon...double the pepperoni...EXCELLENT...very pleasant experience.

Employees taking your orders are above customer service friendly and always accomodating. One individual that Ou have to give a shout out to is Burcin, she is super special and an example to what customer service should always be about. Gave 5 stars for the biddy bomb food and b/c of her. Her parents raised her well!👍🏼💯

Best Pizza is our go-to for pizza and Italian dishes for dinner but I also like the best omelette! Their portions are generous and the food is consistently tasty and prompt. When you’re voting in a pandemic with your money on who should stay open, vote for Best Pizza. I for one am!

Best Pizza is the best pizza you will find in the IO!

My family and I wanted to have an easy night and not cook after a long day. This was not my first bad experience but the second, the reason I went back was because we ordered grinders the first time that were to leas than good we had to call ask to return them they refused said we could have 10% off next order for 3 grinders a soda 45 bucks. Anyway with not many opptions around we decided to try their pizza after all it's called BEST PIZZA nope. I called ordered a large pizza half veggie half combo and a ceaser salad the ladies first told me 45.00$ I was wondering why so much calling back. I had my husband go pick it up he brings it home let me tell you how upset my daughter and I we're the salad had more tomato's than salad and why is there tomato's in a ceaser salad? And the pizza was just we didn't eat it! I wish I could post a picture

Can't say the pizza is the best but the pitas are huge and good

They make a good pie. Service was friendly and fast. New location is quite a bit easier to get in and out from, and way better parking than the old joint. Pizza has been consistenly good for as long as I can remember

Been going here for now 9 years. I love there pizza and cakes. Yummy. I drive/walk and pick up my pizza or have it to go.

I’ve never liked the pizza here, but I ordered a pasta dinner tonight that I enjoyed very much. But after I paid for the food, they asked what color car I was driving. So I assumed that meant they were gonna bring it out to me when it was done, cause of the pandemic. So after waiting outside for 15 minutes I just went it and got my food. Was very confused.

This pizza shop is the worst in Springfield MA. They consistently get orders wrong, often food is not thoroughly cooked, and the people answering the phones there are completely unprofessional. Not worth spending one dollar here.

This place serves really good pizza. It's not to sit down as there are only a few bar stools to sit next to each other but you order by phone and pick it up and it's ready by the time you were told. The staff is great and the pizza baker could be Italian, that good is the pizza. They also serve sandwiches and other stuff if you feel like something else. Can fully recommend Best Pizza!

I do not recommend I order a simple wrap. It was beyond cold and just a huge mess I have never tasted something more gross I just opened it up and try to eat it but it was beyond disgusting

Service was great. The food was good. And you can order online. Overall good spot to go to to have some eggplant parmesan.

We used to love this place... but now every time we order online they say they don’t get it and it ends up taking 2 hours for us to get our order because their system doesn’t work. They never offer to give us anything in return... we will never be ordering from them again.

Portions are large. Had some changes to the order handled it with no problem. Food is pretty good.

I have eaten at all these pizzeria's and nobody can beat the taste of the dough and the taste of the pizza sauce. The staff's earned a 10 stars and if you want to eat the best pizza, you're going to have to go to the best pizzeria and that's best pizza.

Great variety! They serve pizza, grinders, lunch specials and dinner. All delicious and affordable. I usually place an order via phone and ready for pickup within 20-25 minutes.

Really good salads

First and foremost I want to say I’m sad because they have one of the best wraps I had ever! ... I’m going to miss it. Anyway. One word ... COCKROACH! Yes I swear. My son said it was an ant but no it was a baby cockroach crawling inside my sons quesadillas box. When I called they offered to bri g me another one .........another one??? Seriously??? I don’t want anything that comes from this place EVER!!!!!! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Best Greek salad ever

I ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo, with shrimp. The presentation was AMAZING! But, the taste????? This was HANDS DOWN the worse pasta dish I've EVER had. The customer service was EXCEPTIONALLY WELL.... The food just SUCKED. I'll NEVER trust in this establishment again😣😣😣

I live in up state ny.i called to see if they can make something special with the pizza for my bbf .they said no but that she can decorate the box.the girl did a fantastic job and made my bbf and my self very happy.wish i could put the picture to show how well she decorate this box something so simple made someone very happy. She went above and beyond. Thank you.
